No-Cost Consultation
You may have questions before scheduling a visit for treatment. That’s great! We created a no-cost consultation for you to find out if chiropractic is right for you. Simply call our office to schedule a time, fill out the paperwork online, and we’ll sit down and talk.
Examination
If after your consultation we feel we can help, we will begin an examination of your spine. Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be testing your ability to move (“range of motion”), but medical gowning is not necessary. The fee for the examination is $79.
Treatment
Finally, if after your consultation and examination we feel you are a candidate for care, we will begin treatment. This usually occurs on the first day unless imaging (x-ray, MRI, etc) is required. The fee for a chiropractic adjustment is $60.
Future Visits
Chiropractic care is very effective, but it isn’t magic. Sometimes repeated chiropractic care is needed over a period of weeks or even months depending on the severity of the problem. Your recommendations for treatment and for payment will be discussed after your examination.
Insurance
Insurance is not necessary for chiropractic care. However, if you have insurance that will cover chiropractic then we will submit your claims for you electronically as a service to you (and only with your permission). Please understand that the contract is between you and your insurance company. I am not part of your contract so I cannot guarantee if they will pay, when they will pay, or even how much they will pay.
Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance company:
- Is there a deductible to be met?
- Is chiropractic care covered?
- Is Dr. Jonathan Goff listed as an in-network provider for my plan?
- Is there a limit of visits? What is that limit?
- Is there a maximum dollar amount that’s covered? What is it?
